What is your returns policy?

Cedar Planters offers returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the order by the Customer. The Customer can return the product for store credit, can purchase a different product for the same monetary value, or obtain a refund to the original payment method.Cedar Planters does not charge a restocking fee for returns, but does not reimburse the Customer or pay the return shipping costs and/or any delivery costs, which shall at all times remain the responsibility of the Customer. Any governmental duty fees, tariffs, and/or customs fees, including but not limited to such fees imposed by governments or agencies in the United States of America and Canada, are at all times the responsibility of the Customer. If Cedar Planters  is charged duty fees, tariffs, and/or customs fees, Cedar reserves the right to deduct the total amount of the duty fees, tariffs, and/or customs fees from the refund amount, where applicable, prior to the issuance of the refund amount, and the deduction shall be adjusted to take into account conversion rates from U.S. currency (USD$) or other currency paid by the Customer to Canadian currency (CDN$).The following are exceptions to the foregoing: the product must be in an original condition and packaged (if shipped); returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use; Cedar Planters does not offer prepaid shipping labels, customer must pay return shipping and we cannot refund original shipping; all custom orders are final sale.If you are unsure if the item you are ordering can be returned, please contact us prior to ordering.
